We have a new ESI Comm Server 200. Is there anyway to tie in an Online CRM program to do the point and click dials. I know we can do this from like an excel program, but how about an online form?

When you install VIP you get a Windows TAPI connection to the ESI.

I will find out about the CRM. It is a company called SmartOffice.
