Hey Gang-
We have a new ESI Comm Server 200. Is there anyway to tie in an Online CRM program to do the point and click dials. I know we can do this from like an excel program, but how about an online form?
Thanks

If the CRM application (ACT and Goldmine For Example) uses standard MS Windows TAPI calls, you can use it, but you need to install VIP on the workstation to make it work with the ESI system. When you install VIP you get a Windows TAPI connection to the ESI.

Thanks- have you had good luck with VIP. I've heard it is a little flakey.
I will find out about the CRM. It is a company called SmartOffice.
Anyone heard of that?
