I inherited this system recently (job change). I'm in installer mode and can make changes no problem. Newbie to this particular brand (done some Nortel installs)... I'd like to set AA to pick up at 3 rings so it has a chance to get caller ID... i've tried to set 1 ring to do nothing, and it won't let me. Any idea how I can accomplish this? thanks

If you set ring 1 for the branch ID it should get the caller ID

Make sure CID is enabled in F-24.

Mark When you enable CID the ESI system absorbs the first ring just for the reason you described. Put the AA menu branch (probably ID1) at first ring and you be good to go.
