I need to make a change to the main auto attendant branch prompt and I'm not sure what the branch ID is. I know where to go to enter the #, I just don't see a place in the manual where it lists the branch numbers the way it does system prompts.

I need to change the main greeting (just the wording, not having to change the branch structure)

I also checked the program itself and found the branch layout, but didn't see any branch numbers listed besides 9999 as the hangup branch.

Main greeting
1. At any 48-key phone:
2. Press 'program'
3. Press 'hold'
4. Enter the admin password (xxx#)
5. Press '6' (for recording of prompts)
6. Press '1' (for main greeting) or Press '2' (for the directory names, these are the
names played when '8' is dialed from the main menu)
7. Press '1#' (Branch ID typically is 1)
8. The current recording will be played. Follow the directions to make the
recording. You will be prompted to record the night time greeting after you record
the day greeting.
9. Hang up

If you want to see if it is Branch 1 that has the greeting you are trying to change do this. on any phone press the digit number 1 and depending on the day-nite key the system will play the greeting. Note You can only do this for ID 1.
