I am wondering if anyone has had success with any sort of autodailer/appointment reminder software. I've found a few that work as softphones and I've seen here were someone has gotten some 3rd party softphones working with an ESI system.
Basically what we want is automated phone calls reminding people of appointments and automated phone calls that tell the customer a service is expiring, the call could be connected to a live operator if the customer wants to renew.
So if anyone has any suggestions on what would work with our ESI 100 system I'd love to hear them.

I have some installed and they use analog ports to grab dial tone and call out.
