Hello, I had to replace the main CPU board of our Iwatsu Omega IV system. The problem is figuring out how to reprogram the system to function the way it had prior to they system going down. There does not seem to be a technician in my area that knows how to program the system. Do you know if there is any kind of service available that can walk me through the procedures. I have a couple of different overlays and I need to program a variety of functions, from being able to get a station to ring to being able to access our voice mail system from outside of the office without having to go through reception. Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

I don't know how old you are, but the Omega IV is roughly 20 years manufacturer discontinued. It really is time to upgrade to an Iwatsu ADIX (Or some other current system from another manufacturer). If it was a ZTD, I'd walk you through it on your dime. Or have you get an SMDZ (Or whatever it was) and put a modem on it and remote program it. But, even the ZTD is 10+ discontinued. That's probably why no one has responded to your post.  John C. (Not Garand)
