I inherited our Executone system with no knowledge of how to work it (and no manuals). My ACD group 5 is stuck in night mode. I do not know how to get that to turn off. Can someone help? I am not sure what kind of information to provide.
Thanks. Ray

Do you know how to program at all? You could put a night mode key for acd group 5 on a keyset key code 832 subcode 05 or it could be programmed on the Trunk Group Programming screen which I believe is the N screen.

Do you have a program terminal or Operator CRT ?
As PVJ stated there usualy is a ACD supervisor that has the night keys for there groups on there phone. I would check ACD supervisor phones.
Good Luck!!
If all else fails, use a BFH.

Thank you both for your help.
I was able to figure out how to add the night key to a phone and take off the night mode.
I sure appreciate the community here and all that you have to offer.
Thanks
