Hello-- I just got the voicestick internet phone. It works pretty well except for when the ok light (green) starts blinking. The phone goes down and you have to unplug and replug it again....sometimes even twice. This happens a few times daily. Does anyone know how to fix it or if some settings need to be changed (via the microgateway configuration tool)?

The only advice I can give is contact their customer service..there are so many things that can cause what you are describing. https://www.voicestick.com/Support/Contact.aspx

I'll keep trying to contact them. I've sent two emails and have called (you stay on hold for an eternity....they never pick up). Thanks.
