I've spent most of my career "inside", so be gentle with me!!! I have a customer that need to purchase outside protectors for his existing buried cable. The part number on the existing blocks are part number 2-85-S123AB. Can anyone help me out????

Oh, now come on. You know that you are among friends!
I'll help you all that I can, but those numbers don't make a lot of sense to me. I have plenty of this stuff in stock, so I am sure that we can come up with a solution.
I'm going to guess that the "2-85" is simply a date of manufacture. A protector with "123" in the part number sounds like a single-pair unit with brass binding posts. Any chance of getting a picture or a better description?
