We have a couple of Harris Dracon buttsets that the speaker phones have flamed out. I keep saying that I'm going to pull the boards and troubleshoot them but it never seems to happen so I was thinking about sending them to buttsetrepair.com Anyone have have any other suggestions or experiences with that company?

They not only fixed mine, they changes a few parts on the inside to keep the problem from reoccuring.
And turn around time was Quick too
