Anyone know where I can get this fixed (besides sending back to Toshiba)?

Dan,

is the hard drive the problem? If so, there are some data recovery places that might be able to restore that drive onto a new one. If the problem is with the Dialogic board, I don't think you have any other choice but to send it to Toshiba because the board is hard-coded with a security key.

Tom, thats what I was afraid of. The card powers up but won't answer and I can't get into it with admin. Acts like its not booting up. I'm thinking hard drive.

Do you need to retrieve the file system? Most likely, the hard drive itself will still be good.

Of all the 32's that I've replaced, only once was I able to recover any data off of the hard drive.

A little late to help you with the dead IES, but for future, I started installing PC case fans in the covers of the CTX's with IES's. I have not had a single failure now for over 2 years. If you like I can send pics.

Index trading works on Stratagy. I have had them replace hard drives. the system comes loaded with software and they have fairly good tech support
