Who referbishes/repairs partner and toshiba phones? Most are just in need of a good clean up. Some have sticky buttons, bad hook switches, and may need a base(partner phones) Could you PM me with good reference and possibly an idea on price per phone.

Hit me with a PM  We handle thousands of both. As a side note, all of your Toshiba DKT2000 series should have the hookswitch replaced. We redesigned the circuit path and are the only company I know of offering a lifetime warranty on Toshiba hookswitch repair.

I would strongly recommend Priority One.
We recently sent some phones to them that looked like they had been gathered up out of the dumpster and when they came back they looked and performed like brand new phones.
