Will this CO switch support NI1, AT&T custom protocol? Windsteam is saying it only supports NI2.
Many thanks in advance for your help.

Many thanks in advance for your help. Did that posted link answer your question... I don't know the answer myself but I know we have GTD5 switchers still out there. I can track down a Translations Tech here in the office that works those GTD5's and find out for ya if still needed.

Bryan:
We've actually been holding out waiting to hear from you since I figured that you had some GTD5 contacts. I have a friend who works in GTE's area of Florida that I've contacted, but I just found out that he's on vacation until 4/11. I'm running out of contacts on my end.

Okay… here’s the verdict … A GTD-5 can NOT be provisioned for NI1. NI2 only is correct.
