I am looking for suggestions on a basic two tenant door phone. Video would be nice but is not a necessity especially since I am trying to keep the cost on this to a minimum. I was looking at some of vikings units but woudl like some other options.

Did you look at Aiphone? They are on pages 204 & 205 in Target's catalog or www.aiphone.com.

Thanks Ed, I will look at their catalog tonight...I think the AIPHONE DA-2DG will do the trick, going to look for a few more options

I use Viking outside speakerphone with dial pad, ringdown to v mail 1 for A, 2 for B.

Since you are in Jersey- Lee-Dan is big around here. Pretty much the standard in most apt houses.

Hal The Lee-Dan may be just what I am looking for..
I think the ES-002 will work out really well with the ir-204.
