Hi, we have two Crown Jewel units working fine but not allowing me to enter programming mode. Each is on a separate line. I am wanting to reprogram them, however they don't pick up a line when I try to ring in from a remote phone and they won't accept me trying to log in via the keypad either - keypad beeps as I hit the keys, but otherwise I get silence from the speaker. Both methods have previously worked. The intercoms are connected as extensions on our PABX and I have changed the default password. Is there anything I can do or is this an indication the units are faulty? I have been through the installation and programming guides to no avail. We have another crown jewel on another gate that is fine.

to the board. I know nothing about Crown Jewel units but it sounds as if the programming may have defaulted. Have you tried the default installers code?
