Hello Folks,

I was wondering if anyone has had any problems with the Emerald Ice UCMC? We just installed the system about a month and a half ago and the UCMC has just gone out twice now for no reason. I did not find a parameter that tell the UCMC to exit or shut down the VM. The operating systems is still running and I have to restart the VM services. Has anyone encountered this problem and how do you fix it? Thanks in advance.
