Is there a way to automate reports in ACD (E21,E22,J2) through procomm? So that Procomm can be set to log into an IDS-228, and procomm selects the reports to run manually or have the reports set to automatically run and procomm is also set to automatically recieve the reports? The customer does not want to buy a printer...and their admin does not reliably run the reports.

I thought that there was a way to do this. I'll do some research and pm you.
If you can read this, you're in range.

ProComm can "record" keystrokes into a macro/script. Once recorded, it can be "played back" and do all the same keystrokes. You may need to play with timing and triggers a little, but it is not too difficult.
Read up on the Macro Recording in Procomm help.
it's all tip and ring
