It has been a long time since I have worked on one of these so I was hoping for a little help.
My customer wants just one line forwarded directly to a voicemail box that is assigned to a certain phone. Is it as simple as forwarding that phone to VM?

You have to program the line to ring on the phone and then it will fwd with the phone.
