I have an ids 84 system w/ Auto Attendant and 2 DVA's. The problem I have is that only 1 dva will answer at a time. calls alternate between the 2 units, but I can't get 2 calls to be answered simultaneously. a second call will be in the AttW state until the first call releases the dva. is the ids 84 AA limited to only 1 channel? I can't seem to find this info anywhere.

A SINGLE DVA can answer multiple calls simultaneously if properly configured.
1. Do you have adequate DTMF receivers? One for each simultaneous call required.
2. Do you have multiple trunk group keys (LCR keys for best results) on the DVA station "buttons"? I usually put ten LCR keys on each DVA station

Agree with mforrence you must have enough DTMF rec installed as well as the key programmed on the station.
