RE: Telecommunications Strategies, Inc. 310 W Flower St, Pulaski, TN 38478-3211 President: Ashley Maness I know that this is an old thread but... They are still apparently in existence. Too bad I only started researching the company (and found this thread) too late. It cost a bunch of money but I learned my lesson. Many excuses for nonpayment but just leading on this subcontractor. They only talk if they want something but an excuse or no reply when you ask where's the money (that's greatly past due). It is remarkable that they have managed to have such large companies as their clients. Here are the details of the company so others may find it if they Google: Telecommunications Strategies, Inc. Sorry I didn't catch this post earlier. We did 4 small jobs in '04 for TSI for a total of about $600. Then we did 3 jobs from '07-08 for another $800. I never had any payment problems working with them. Our smallest invoice was for $100 & the largest was for $528. So far I have had no concerns. Has anyone here been taken advantage of by them or are these concerns just general ones?

I just noticed that their business address 310 w Flower St, Pulaski TN is up for sale (a 1600 sq. foot 1930's house). It may be that they are currently experiencing some sort of financial distress right now as for the reason why they are avoiding payment. A couple other red flags went up but it would not be wise/fair for me to post uncomfirmed information. It's good to hear that they have been doing good work in the past had have been paying their subcontractors at least in 2004.
