Okay, so I am new to the industry. So, Im thinking that nothing's perfect, and I am okay with that because I have a lot to learn.
Here's my thing...... You'd think, a company that's been an industry leader and innovator along with a household name for some ungodly amount of years could at least get their billing right. I am supposed to be doing 10,000 other things, but nope. I'm here staring at a 600 page bill with blind eyes and a prayer. The best thing is that this bill coordinates with my lovely software that I can put my bill into every month. Which also erases the old bills just "whenever" and was last updated in 1986!!!!!!!!!! Honestly....I love telecom. I love what I do, and what I'm learning to do. It is not easy being female in this profession, but it is fun and challenging. I wish AT&T would let me do my JOB. UGH!!!!
HELP ME! Haha!

If you could understand the AT&T bill you may find overcharges, and they don't want you to do that.

I can understand it better now than a year ago. I made my rep sit down with me and go over EVERYTHING! Bill is down about 4 or 5K depending on how many times they forget the terms of my contract in a month. UGH!

The key for me is to check dates. Chances are something that began billing in 1974 isn't necessary anymore. I also check the comparisons which tell me what's different from one month to the next. BIG HELP!

Ya mean they are still charging you for the lease on that 1A2 system?
