Has anybody here dealt with this company? We did a PRI cutover for them back in August of this year and still have not been paid. Wayne does not return my calls requesting payment status. I have, on a couple of occasions, been able to speak with him and he has promised to pay but we still have not received a check. The sad thing is that we did another job for Wayne's company as a third party subcontractor and I have found out that Wayne still has not paid the company that hired us. Unfortunately for them, they paid us as they promised but never got paid from Best Tel. Just curious if anybody else has dealt with Wayne and what their experience is because: 1. He doesn't seem to pay his subs and 2. I don't think he has any techs on his staff and figured that there's go to be somebody that has dealt with him and if so what their experience has been.

We sold and installed phone equipment and service calls for Best Tel's customer in LA in September October and November 2010... The owner Wayne stated for weeks that he was waiting for a check from his customer... we must have sent 25 emails and 25 phone calls but he always had an excuse to get us to believe that he was going to pay us...Then he stated he ran into tuff times but will pay us...We sent him to collections and he gave them a bounced check....It has been 10 months...Do not deal with BestTel or Wayne Grau he will rip you off!!

Just for the record this company has nothing to do with Touchpoint Networks (formerly known as Best Tel LLC out of Oregon.)
