We provided sub-contract work for Source One Networks, LLC in November and have yet to be paid. Owner of company screams when we call regarding payment.

Called end-user, they stated that we are not the only sub calling them complaining, going to remove my cable end of next week if we don't get payment.....

unfortunate, we performed - now there turn to perform.

There is a post from 2006 warning of problems with them, it's in a private forum though.

Be careful about removing anything once it's installed at a customer location. It may be you who ends up in trouble.

I too have had many, many problems with them paying (Missouri). And now they've outsourced their bill paying. I'm done with them. They are scavengers that move from one company they owe money to one they don't...and on...and on. They don't offer me any work as long as they have past due invoices but as soon as they pay up the work offers come again. Here is the contact info the VP of operations - it helped me maybe it will you.

I am done working for them...to much trouble. If the work you did was for a national company you can threaten them (but be prepared to follow through) with a mechanics lien on that customer. If they think you're going to contact their customer (especially legally) they'll pay (again be willing to follow through). Removing your cable, in my opinion is not a good option, I agree you'll end up in trouble.

My apologies for gravedigging this topic,

Has anyone in this topic received any sort of resolution with this?

We have also done work for Source One and have yet to receive payment on many jobs that have stretched out past 80 days. When we contact anyone in the financial department, we are told that we will have money coming soon, sometimes giving dates of payments that turn out to be illegitimate, or that they have not received payment for the job in order to send the pay to us.

Hi Cory.
It looks like you were paid in full just 4 days after posting this. Your invoice was right around 70 days old.
