I have been working for Tip n Ring about 9 months now their bill are over 6k. When I signed on with them I agreed to payment terms 45-60 days. They now have invoices in the 120 or a little more. When they do decide to send a payment it is only for a few hundred. They said thay cut a check 2wks ago and will try to mail it soon. The only way to contact then is fax/e-mail. Has anyone else delt with this company?

I didn't know we were dealing with this company. Just now, Cherish, our bookkeeper said that she has an invoice to them about 5 months old---she also has had trouble getting in touch with them. She has tried all of their numbers, and e-mail---but so far, nothing positive. I'll be watching it closely, now.

Just got a call from Kandi at Tip & Ring. She said that they have no record of any calls from us or any VM messages. The regular number is 1-800-982-3672---when asked for an account number, put in your phone number. Leave a message. I'll have Cherish give them a call next week. Kandi said that we will be in the next check run--she said that they received our invoice on Nov. 4th. That still makes it a 90 to 120 day deal at best.

Interesting, it would seem they are monitoring this thread?

Good information. I did a small job for them and they still haven't paid. I will try to contact Kandi at the above number.
I also looked at the vendor packet the sent me and the Vendor Management guy is Billy Jolly at 913-254-6115 - maybe he can get us to the right people?

No, not really. We have tried Billy Jolly first. We are trying to get in touch with Kandi---but we just get VM and no response so far this week, We're trying to get a fax number because the fax number (for Billy Jolly) that we send the documents to---doesn't seem to be the right one. Her direct number is 913-254-6112. But, again---this week we're just not getting a response. Very frustrating---especially when she says that she hasn't received anything from us. We fax stuff over & over and keep calling, over & over. But no response.

Just My Two Cents, But I would go to their Web Site, Look under The Staff Tab,and Send an email to every one on that page. Call and email. By the way Racedog, there is No "Kandi" listed there.
