Need to know what type of phones the Inter-Tel GLX KSU can support. I have a number of both the standard and Executive type phones. Can I use an analog phone, if so is it restricted to certain extensions? Can I use the GLX-Plus type phones?

The GLX will support the Standard and Executive sets, it will not support the analog sets, you need the GLX Plus with the single line expantion card that gives the last two ports for analog.

Do you know of anyone that provides repair or trade-in for GLX phones?
I have two GLX phones that I need to replace/repair. One has dial-keys that stick, the other's handset microphone does not work. I swapped handsets and the problem persisted, so I know the problem is in the phone, speaker phone works fine.
