Hope this post isn't too long but I wanted to give as much info as possible. I have read the LCR part in the manual 20 times and tried everything I thought might work... but i guess I just dont have all the info I need to do what I want. The book does not give any examples

Here is the objective:

1)Use Least Call Routing (LCR) to send all dialed long distance calls to a facilities group with lines in that facilities group to be used only for Long Distance Calls. This will decrease the number of pages on our long distance phone bill.

2)Use Long Distance Account Codes to keep people without a code from dialing long distance.

THE PROBLEMS:
El Paso, Texas is on the border with New Mexico

El Paso is in the (915) area code and we only dial 7 digits for local calls. There are a few nearby cities in New Mexico (El Paso Suburbs) that require us to dial the area code (505) and then the 7 digit number. For those suburbs we DO NOT dial a 1 +area code… just the area code + 7 … Ex 505-589-1234. For the rest of New Mexico we must dial 1+ area code Ex 1-505-555-1212

I want to use LCR to put the Local Calls and the local 505 + 7 calls thru one Facilities group and put all the 1+area code + number calls (Long Distance) thru on a different facilities group.

I want all local calls to NOT require an Account Code (Local 7 digit and local 505 calls)

I want all 1 + area code + number calls to require an account code that must be verified.

FYI
Local Central Office Codes for El Paso are

351 521 532 533 534 541 542 544 545 562 564 565 566 577 581 584 585 587 590 591 592 593 594 564 595 598 599 629 633 751 755 757 760 771 772 774 778 790 821 822 832 833 838 842 845 849 851 852 855 856 857 858 859 860 872 877 886 921

The Local Central Office Codes for the Nearby New Mexico Cities are:

305 589 824 874 882 997

My IMX software supposedly supports extended area codes.

How do I do this?

Any Help would be appreciated
