Wow  If I had a phone with that dial, I'd need a cheat sheet to remember the modern letter distribution around the finger wheel. The unit sold for $1,536.17

AE had an earlier dial that had 11 slots - 1 through 0 & Long Distance. It went on a Candlestick type phone in the early part of the century.
