Does anyone know if there is an evaluation copy of Intelligent Router? We are already using Call Center Suite, but we did not purchase the Intelligent Router Module. Now we are looking at making some routing changes and I would like to evaluate Intelligent Router to see if it can do what we want it to. If anyone is knowlegable on Intelligent Router, can you please email at [email protected]? thanks!

Unfortunately, there is no demo version available. It sounds like you have already had a web demo, correct? If not, your reseller should be able to set that up.
