Hi All,

I'm trying to find a way to save about 50 voicemails from 1 mailbox as .wav files. Is there an easy way to do this? Or do I have to install UM on a PC and manually save each one to disk through Outlook.

Thanks

The key word is easy. Take the UM route and it will be a snap. Are these messages from 50 different mailboxes? That would require a 50 user license. Or, you could forward all the messages to one box which would only require 1 license.

Thanks mrb, all of the voicemails are in 1 mailbox (we do have plenty of licences as well), but I wondered if I still had to open up each one and save it to disk? I thought that there might be a way to move them from the voicemail server directly?

Thanks

unfortunately the naming convention of the files can only be broken by the Navajo Code Talkers, if you know what I mean. There is a utility you can use but the time it takes to find 1 message makes UM a worthwhile endeavor.
