Hi!

Can this system using the VM module be setup like the following?

Thank you for calling XYZ Company.
Press 1 for Sales and it forwards the caller to an external number ie cell phone. Press 2 for Tech Support and the caller gets transferred to the answering service. Press 3 for A/P and the caller gets transferred to VM?
