Problems with hold... Indivdual Hold & System Hold, I can Not Place a call on HOLD on Any Phone extention, only the Skate to hold works. Main Phone ( 1.1 - Ext 100 ) Can place Indivdual Hold, but can not be picked up at any extention. Is this a system programming correction or programming change at each phone ??

I would really like to do, is to have ANY extention to be able to place a call on a " SYSTEM HOLD " and can be picked up at any extention on the system. The Manuals really don not get into the HOLD programming, is this a system program change or each extention needs to be programed for this operation of " System Hold " to work....
