I was just wondering if Shoretel is capable of handling a T1 that is Pulse dial?

I don't think so. I think it will only do DTMF.
I cannot find any options in the shoretel manual for DP only DTMF.

What is the app that would require DIP instead of DTMF? Very curious.

Qwest is the only phone company in our town and 1 other nearby that I know for sure. They have an old Erickson switch and it is only capable of providing Pulse Dial T-1's. I know Cisco came in and installed a system at the college and are having issues with this.
