I have a 3.0 system I'm Learning on, it is running 3.0, My question is, Should I upgrade it to 3.5? Also, If I do the upgrade, then, I will use the 3.5 Admin software, Suppose I have "other " systems running different software, Can I use 3.5 admin on those? OR: is this like a DX-80 where you need to have different Admin software for each?
I can see the light at the end of the tunnel..

3.5 is much better. The voicemail has more options like mailbox cos and virtual mailbox attributes and station mailbox attributes. Besides if you have a strange problem and tech support cant figure it out,they will ask you to upgrade to 3.5.

ok, but can I use admin 3.5 with other versions of software?

Does he also have to upgrade the voice mail prompts to 3.5? or is it included.

You have to update the Voicemail prompts as well. If you dont voicemail wont see your commands when you press the keys it is prompting you for.
At the end of the day, If you didnt try your hardest, you didnt try at all!
