Ok, for the life of me I cannot get a SBX phone to work with DND. I press the button and it brings a menu? The book doesnt say what to do, other than press the DND button and the light will stay on....What am I doing wrong? Also I read that we must forward on busy all the phones, is that true? If so I need to go back to a 30 phone install and do that...

Are you at the Attendant phone? It will do what you are reporting there....any other set works by hitting DND and toggling on and off.

Ohh you know what, I think I have only tried at the attendant phone. I will try it at another one tomorrow with our demo unit. Thanks!
