Has anyone else tried to get 3.5an from the ftp site? I can install it fine but it always shows 3.5ah which was my last version. I also uninstalled my last version and deleted the vertical folder....even after it instas I can still see my sites but it doesn't work right data is not in the tabs....I can just stick with 3.5ah but support told me I needed to upgrade. This is on win7 home premium BTW.

You have to run the program as Administrator to show the correct version. Ran into the same issue at our office. I just changed the Desktop icon to open with administrator privileges.
EDIT: This only applies to Win7, WinXP works fine.

ok, I did that and it works! Thanks! Only issue I have is when I talked to support they said all I had to do to save my site info was copy out: Ldetail.cds LMaster.cds siteList.cds sitelist_detail.cds
and copy those files into the data folder and all of my sites would be there, which none are! Has anyone else imported their site list from an older version of the Sbx admin tool?

You had to make a copy of them prior to installing the new version. With every upgrade of PCAdmin it overwrites the existing files with fresh ones.
Trick is to make a copy of the files and toss them in another folder or your desktop prior to upgrading, then copy them back afterwords. That was a hard lesson to learn as well when you lose 25+ sites worth of info on one PC.

I did that, I copied them before and put them in my dropbox folder, when I copy them back from dropbox to the Vertical Folder there is nothing in the Site Info....

I must have done something additional to those steps, or just rebuilt the list for that version. I've been running the 3.5An for a while so unfortunately I don't remember exactly what I did.
Sorry I can't be of more help on the site list issue at this point.

OK I found another issue yesterday while making changes to an existing install I noticed the auto attendant table had no values for anything and nothing in the drop down menus! So I decided to uninstall 3.5an and put 3.5ah in and the software doesn't show up in my programs list???

Tonight I uninstalled everything and deleted the Vertical folder, then rebooted and installed the latest software and everything seems to work! I also copied the files associated with the site info back into the vertical folder and my info is all there!

Finally got mine to install the 3.5AN correctly, had to delete all the old folders and save it to a new folder, saved those 4 files, and copied back over, did not work. Needless to say I'm not happy as I had at least 50 static IP's for remote access in them. Guess that's what I get for not taking screenshots prior. Should've known better than to take verticals word on something.
