The system itself is OK. I find it less tech friendly and for sure less end user friendly than the XTC/STS systems but once you get it going its ok. What really is awful is the documentation. It is very hard to find things and when you do, I dont find that programming procedures are not clearly written. New manuals would go a long way in solving issues that should never get to the tech support queue.
