Ok - I figured out how to create an automated attendant, setup the audio tex recording, and set the digit dialing. At the current time, all calls are being routed to the "Primary Attendant". Here's my question - how do I make it so that all calls which enter the the main PBX line go to the automated attendant, rather than the Primary Attendant.
I'm using DB Studio 5.3.
Help!
