Yup, for a while Lucent was sending power strips and these 4 port line surge protectors for free with Partner systems, in the hopes that it would eliminate lightening damage. The copper tab slipped under the lip of the power strip and screwed together for the ground, or you could stack more line protectors together as well. (note the raised lip on the left side of the picture)
