7200 Ver 4.60B with SVMi-20i voicemail.
Can access VM properly when on site via DM.
Cannot access VM remotely via DM.
I have set every possible port in the router suggested by tech support yet I can't get in.
Anyone had this issue and a resolution?

Thanks

TCP 6001 needs to be forwarded to the svmi card's ip and NOT the MP20 like you would for a OS7030/7100/7200s

I had both 6000 and 6001 going to the VM IP.
Still no go.
But thanks.

Are you using the brand new DM. There's a new one for 4.60b.

There is a new release for the SMVI-20I that cures multiple problems.

Go to the GSBN site and download it, the may cure everything.

The svmi and processor both have to be set to public with private with a valid public ip. 6001 needs to be port forwarded to voicemail ip.

Hi,
Even connected on the same network, I cannot update the SVMi-20i (with the package update).

I'm experiencing the same problem getting to the vm offsite with the newest DM. Port forwards to the MP card work fine. I didn't see anything in the Product bulletin 244 that mentions this issue was specifically addressed.I need to check my system while onsite, but I think it is already on V6.01 from the factory.

Verified I was on the newest SVMI-20i software. All other port forwards are working (DM tool to MP, remote IP Phones) Any update on anyone successfully being able to connect to 20i remotely with DM?

*edit* Also TCP 21

I did not ask their IT guy to forward 6002. Can anyone confirm that this is what it took to make DM work? I've seen 6002 referenced in a Bulletin from Samsung.
