Hi I got 3 voip phones with a intertel system. both stop working at the same time. on the PBX show a X.
what that means.?
the help is well appreciated.....

What kind of system? Axxess, 5000?
Where are you seeing the X on the PBX?

Axxess I don't know the exact model. I try to add a picture but it wont allow me the issue is 3 voip phone stop working in our Sydney office at same time nothing was change. PBX in the USA., but one thing happen that week the server room was extremely hot because e the AC fail. the issue is they show a red X on the static IP address and static gw and subset mask. thanks for the respond.....

If the phone is setup for DHCP, the static addresses in programming will be X'd out. I would verify what address the IP phones have programmed as their Remote IPC IP and make sure that it is still the public IP associated to the IPRC card on the Axxess.
Sometimes public IP's can change and it will cause this issue.
Note: That is only 1 possibility for what could be wrong
