Hi,
I tried to forward a station to other with 5.15.6, in the column "forward type" is selected "all" but don't work, all call to that station are not forwarded.
I tried, with "Initial DB", with forward to other station, but nothing works.
Anyone have any ideas?

Have you tried forwarding from the telephone itself instead of using a pc?

Hi,maybe if you check if the first station have not enabled "DND" cancel DND first. Then you can check at the menu 2.5.4 forward option must be on Both, Delay Forward must be off, Foreard override must be off, the times on second, in order appears at the menus 15 10 10 0 0 , forward port it is in blank.
Maybe at 2.6.2 trunk forward must be "on" and at the menu 5.14.6 intercom external forward "on" , preset forward busy "on"
