Is there a certain location that TVSE, CHL, PRI24, SLD, and ULD x3 cards should go in two S128 cabinets (6 slot) that are configured together? The first 3 slots of cabinet 1 are taken up by the Ipex2 with a 4CO card and the TVSE takes up 2 slots.

You have 32 power ports per cabinet so the ULD's will have to be split between the two cabinets as they are 16 each (potentially). Your SLD should probably be in the same cabinet as the one with the single ULD as it requires 8 power ports if all are used. Other than that its where it will fit. Just make sure you have a license for all system ports.

Great, thanks for the help that's what it looked like in the units allocation in eManager. Do you happen to know if an Ipex2 uses the same 3 digit code as an MPD card when configuring the cards in eManager (ie "MPD"), and if there is a specific 3 digit code for the 4CO daughter card?

Yes it is MPD and click on edit units of the MPD and you will see the daughter card configuration. The daughter card is self discovering by the system.
