Greetings:
I've changed the user notification settings for one of my users to call their cell phone when messages are left in a phantom mailbox. The voicemail calls the cell phone and lets the user know the number of messages in the mailbox. Is it also possible to allow the user to login to his/her mailbox to listen to the messages without having to hangup and callback the main greeting.

There is a template in the Stratagy notification called "direct login" it calls the user announces the there ID# and how many messages, then transfers back to the voice mail pilot # and allows the user to log in. You can remove the token register so it just transfers to the pilot then dials * and there ID then hangs up and they will here " enter your security code". It's a little confusing the way they have it but you can alter it then add not replace, until your happy with the one you want.
