Toshiba DK424 Reparte VM

Customer somehow lost id forwarding to vm, never forwards to vm.

Extension is 129 VM group is 150

Can you tell me how to have her program Call Forward/Busy from her phone, the mailbox is live, can use Toshiba forwarding codes.

I am assuming you start with [PDN] but do you need to use the Redial button in the string or just hang up by hitting speaker?

Yes, start with the DN and end with redial.

Thanks phonemeister, she got it working and promised to make copies and put one in the "telephone" file and tape one to the screen of the monitor.

Won't have to go through that again. I've worked on their Toshiba but never on a Repartee.
