Do you guys get lots of complaints about the lights flashing on other phones when they are in DND? I've changed light patterns and even made them solid but then they don't know if its DND or busy. I get this complaint pretty often. It is kind of annoying if 4 or 5 people are in CFA or DND and all those lights are blinking. I'd like to see a solid green if they are in DND. Just wondering. Thanks

I get it occasionally but unless you complain to NEC US and ask for a possible software enhancement nothing will be done. Most likely nothing will be done anyway..
