We have a Stratagy IPv8 Revision 2 voicemail system. Incoming calls are NOT getting picked up (just ringing and ringing). We can manually answer the line, and dial out, so doesn't seem to be a phone line issue.
Also, we can't dial x850 to get into voicemail. Instead, we get a busy signal.
I turned the system off for about 5 minutes (AC & DC). I also clicked the reset button on the cabinet. My message waiting light is flashing, but still getting a busy signal from the voicemail.
Tech can't get here until tomorrow, so I thought I'd see if anyone here had additional suggestions. Thank you.

You'll have to wait for the tech but I'm guessing that the voice mail's flash drive is bad.
