We have version 9 axxess with 8650 phones. We'd like to have a button that picks up a hunt group, but can't find a way to put a feature code 4 + extension number on the button. Any ideas?

I've tried that, once you put the 4 in the key, it will not take any extension number after that. When I press the key, it now prompts for the extension number to pick up.

The closest I've come close to that is to use two buttons. Program one the HG number and another Feature code 4. The HG button will stay lit if there are no agents available and flash when there are calls in queue. When it is flashing press the feature code 4 button then the HG button. Not as pretty but a work around.

Nope. You program station speed dial '0' lets say. Key combo: 'Infinity',383,0,#,4<Extension Number>,#. You have programmed station speed dial '0'. Now program the key, lets say key 10: 'Infinity', 397,<Key 10>, 382,0.

I programmed STN speed dial 0 to 42000 I set button to 3820 basically dials STN Speed 0 When I press the button, it says "Use SPCL key for feature codes" Somehow, there needs to be a way to embed the SPCL or Infinty code in the speed dial

I don't think you can. They have to press 'Infinity', button. Or you could remove the requirement to press the Infinity key when entering feature codes.
