I am going crazy trying to figure out this. I have the 824 system with the auto attendant on TVA50. When you call in you get the auto attendant, but when you select your option you hear another greeting. I cannot for my life find that greeting. Its for another company and I need it changed or deleted. I even tried factory reset and it is still there. PLEASE HELP.

You should read the manual before resetting anything.
Most likely in the service settings called Custom Menues.
Have a trained tech out or Read THe Manuals.
In the TVA console you tell the VM when to play which custom menu.
The TVA console has EXTENSIVE help section.

I think you can capture system trace and it will tell you what it's playing. However, just look at the sequence for how the TVA answers a call. You may be hearing a company greeting before the custom greeting.

Port Trunk Settings in the console will show what is playing Day, Night, Lunch and break. What your saying is upon answer you hear a greeting, then you make a single digit selection and it goes to another greeting.
This means it answers with a Custom Menu, one of the digit selectors sends you to another Custom Menu.
You could have 4 different Custom Menus answering based on the time of day. Could be complicated.
You could E Mail someone on this board the Program file, we could build it out as you want and send it back. You may be charged a fee.
