Recent upgrade to V5.1 on a system with a Processing Server. The PS allows for a network location backup. Using the same path as the Data backup returns an invalid path error. \\\folder. I also tried using the USB location returns a device not ready error.

For the USB, is there a thumb drive in the chassis?
I don't have any PS systems, but I do weekly scheduled back-ups of all my 5000 sites. Database goes to the network; voice goes to a thumb drive in each chassis.

That works with what used to be called the 5200 or 5400. The 5600 requires the addition of a Processing Server. We did have an Enterprise Messenger system. The voice data was stored locally. We then ran an XCopy to move it to a network storage location. The recent upgrade to V5.1 allowed us to remove the EM server. The PS now runs all of the voice processes. This includes the backup. The Voice Data backup is set to a PS-UVM as the Type. This allows the use of a USB flash drive, Windows Server or NFS location.
My attempt to use the USB returns an error stating the device is not ready. NFS is for a Linux storage location, which we do not use. The Windows Server option returns an error of Invalid Path.
