I got a Mitel SX-200 ICP MX running 3.0.1.11 and the console keeps loosing the ringing volume. This is happening about 3 times a week so they have to keep an eye on the console to see if the answer light is flashing so they won't miss a cal. Any ideas what could be causing this. Bad console something needs to be changed in COS?

Does this happen first thing in the morning?

Does the console display have the words "Night 1" on the far right side of the display?

Does it happen when the same users are working?
