System is a CICS 7.0.
My customer saw a 2 line phone that displayed caller id data on the display. There was a button to scroll back thru previous calls. They want this functionality on the CICS.
I have CID info showing on their 7316 sets during a call. But when they hang up, its gone. Is there a way to show call history other than pressing a call log button, then view, etc.?

You need to go into the set and allow Call Log and size of log....recommend 10 to 20.

You will have to push a call button then view, etc. Follow the prompts.

Thanks Curlycord and Dave. I did all of that. Just wondered if there was an easier way. This will work fine for them.

I have a MICS 6.0 and can not get caller Id card to work. I have 1- CI trunk card install for co lines 001,002,003 &004. I have another trunk card for Co Lines 031.When I go to TELCO FEATURES I can't find caller ID set up programming. Help me please.

Make sure the lines is told to Appear and Ring then you should see it in TelcoFeatures/FeatureAssign and input each line as required and say Y to Caller ID.
You should probably start your own thread next time.
